I had my tea in the garden this morning, I love summer. Everything feels so alive.
Being in nature to me, is the best form of therapy. It’s free and it opens your senses. It takes your focus away from the distractions of everyday living and makes you pay attention to much smaller things (like a praying mantis !) It allows you think deeply, and observe yourself. Smelling flowers, paying attention to birds chirping, and the wind blowing. It’s when my body and mind become calm, and connected.
Time tends to get away from me sometimes because I am so relaxed and enjoying my nature time.
I recommended a daily dose of nature if it is close to you! So good for the soul.
